Current deletion guidance
1. Fastest method
Open the KashtoCash mobile app, go to Account, open Trust Center, and tap Delete my account. The app account is disabled immediately after confirmation.

3. What gets removed
- App sign-in access is removed.
- Buyer profile access is disabled.
- Open mobile cart items are cleared.
4. What may still be retained
Some order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may still be retained where required. This is explained in the privacy policy and helps maintain compliance with transaction handling rules.
